Gin & Tonic Festival 2025
The challenge
The 2025 challenge was ambitious: to evolve the communication strategy for a traveling event, which opens its doors to B2B with stops in Verona and Berlin. The goal was to guarantee a strong and recognizable brand identity at every stage of the tour, while at the same time adapting the message to different urban contexts and managing the complexity of integrated communication on several fronts, from pre-event promotion to engagement during and after each date.
The solution
To overcome the challenge, we have developed a 360° communication strategy, orchestrating a wide range of activities for each stage of the festival:
- Visual Identity and Graphic Materials: We have created the entire visual ecosystem of the event. This has included the creation of the official poster and its variations for each city, the development of graphics for social channels, flyers, menus, advertising material and all the posters and stickers for setting up the locations.
- Social Media Strategy and Management: We took care of the festival's online presence through complete social management: from the planning and publication of posts, reels and stories to the drafting of strategic copy and the daily management of the community.
- Digital and Advertising: We have managed advertising campaigns on Meta to promote each edition, optimizing the budget to maximize visibility and conversion. In parallel, we managed the ticketing platform on Eventbrite.
- Video Production and Photo Shooting: We have told the essence of the festival through images. Our team created the official trailer, captured content during the events with shootings and interviews, edited dynamic reels for social networks and produced the final aftermovie to celebrate the success of the tour.
- Web Development and Digital Tools: We have guaranteed a fluid and informative digital experience, constantly updating the website with new sections and photo galleries and creating dedicated landing pages. In addition, we have implemented interactive solutions such as Typeform, used both for the collection of B2B contacts during Vinitaly and for the “Gin Prize”.
Visual for the Event: For an even stronger visual impact during the evenings, we have designed and created specific video content for the ledwalls present in the locations.
The result
Our integrated strategy has allowed the Gin & Tonic Festival 2025 to establish itself as a successful tour, registering an excellent turnout in every city. Consistent and widespread communication has reinforced the festival's brand awareness, creating an active and involved community of enthusiasts. The synergistic management of all channels, from graphics to social networks, from the web to installations, has guaranteed an immersive and memorable experience for all participants.
